In this session, you'll:
✔️ Learn how financial aid works at the University of Washington
✔️ Hear about support programs like Husky Promise, grants, and work-study
✔️ Practice budgeting for college through interactive activities
✔️ Get answers to common questions students and families have about paying for college
MOR Dawgs is a virtual event series for high school and transfer students to learn about admission to the UW, gain skills for college, and cultivate a sense of belonging. Hear directly from UW admissions counselors, students, and working professionals as we cover different college and career-related topics.
Our virtual sessions are open to all high school and transfer students in Washington who are interested in attending the University of Washington in Seattle. However, students who identify as American Indian/Alaska Native, Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander, and Southeast Asian may find this program of particular interest.
