Up to 2 guests allowed
Location:

Description:
The UW's Paul G. Allen School of Computer Science & Engineering (Allen School) is where future leaders learn to design technology that solves problems and improves lives. The Allen School is recognized as one of the top computing programs in the world: we have passionate faculty, exciting research, great job prospects for our students, and a supportive community. Computers are the most flexible and powerful machines ever created. And while the field of computing constantly grows and changes, the core magic of CSE remains timeless: computer scientists and engineers educated at the University of Washington's Allen School build solutions that change the world. This session is intended for current high school students who are interested in applying to the UW and the Allen School as freshmen.
We are looking forward to having you join us for an Allen School Direct-to-Major information session. We offer a hybrid option for our information session. If you are interested in attending in person, the information session will be held in the CSE1 – Gates Commons, room 691. If you would like to join virtually, you can do so via zoom here
Students and their loved ones who attend the information session in person will have the option of participating in a tour of our two Allen School buildings directly following the information session. The tours are led by our Allen School ambassador team who are current UW students studying Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
We are looking forward to seeing you soon! Please contact us at outreach@cs.washington.edu
